Technology and Traceability

Investments in modern technology as an essential tool of the productive process have been another key factor in the development of Carnes Pampeanas.

The premises, the cooling rooms
and the freezing chambers
are digitally temperature controlled
by central equipment, which is permanently monitored.

In line with the modernization of the plant, a new state of the art packaging machine (model VS-95 TS) has been recently purchased from CRYOVAC Argentina. Carnes Pampeanas has implemented a new process termed "Traceability Management System" which monitors and controls the productive process. The traceability rules allow for a product placed on the various international markets, to be traced back to identify the cattle supplier as well as the companies to which the products have been supplied.
